75th Anniversary Celebration 1947 - 2022
The Anniversary Picnic is open to all Current Club Members and their Guests
Pre-Registration is required so we can plan for the catering company.

Picnic Date: Saturday, July 23rd Rain or Shine
Time: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Place: Kimberton Fish & Game Clubhouse
$20 per adult member (18 and over - includes the meal and lower receiver ticket)
$10 for those age 11 – 17 (for the meal only)
Children 10 and under eat free

Catering will be provided by Southbound BBQ in West Chester Menu items will include Smoked beef brisket, smoked pulled chicken, smoked beef kielbasa, creamy coleslaw, red bliss potato salad and smoked brisket baked beans.

On the day of the picnic members who have paid in advance must sign-in to receive your meal ticket(s). You must sign in the receive your meal. Tickets for the door prizes are available to members and their guests at the picnic so bring cash! The prizes are amazing and there is no limit to how many tickets you can buy. Note: All guests attending must be listed on the registration form, no extra people or walk-ins. Payments received after June 25th, 2022 will be returned and you will not be able to attend, please allow extra time for US Mail. You must be present at the time of the drawing to win the AR-15 Lower Receiver. If the winner is not present at the time of drawing another ticket will be drawn immediately.
Every adult member purchasing a ticket to the picnic will be entered in the AR-15 drawing. The drawing will be for an AR-15 lower receiver (there are 2 drawings) each printed with the KFGA Anniversary Logo, and with unique serial numbers special for KFGA The winners of the drawing will ALSO receive all of the parts to complete the build! The lower parts kits and uppers have been generously donated by Board Members so the winners can complete the rifle.
