Membership at Kimberton Fish and Game is voluntary.  Members in good standing are provided the opportunity to renew their annual membership before the end of the current calendar year by paying in full for the next year.  By submitting payment on time the member retains their membership in a recurring fashion, on and on, until they elect not to do so or payment is not made.

 

If you decide not to renew please notify us or simply let your term lapse. If your membership is revoked by the Board of Directors you forfeit the use of the club and any dues paid to the end of that term, or until your membership is reinstated.  Gate access keys will be deactivated for any member that is not active or not in good standing.

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges of the annual membership dues once paid.
