This is a pre-programmed gate access card for KFGA Members. If you have lost the card we provided you please order a new one here. Your original card will be deactivated and unusable immediately.
A new yellow membership decal will be provided.
Online Price includes US Mail delivery to the address we have on file for you. We are not responsible for incorrect or obsolete mailing addresses so please make sure you include any changes at the time of order.

Replacement gate access cards are only available to current members in good standing. Once you order a new card the old card will be deactivated.
We will verify your member status before programming the new card. Replacement cards will be mailed unless other arrangements are made in advance. There are some occasions where our staff can meet you at the club but that is only done as-available and must be pre-arranged with our staff.
